• A: Mice are very hardy creatures. They don't require much care from their owners aside from refilling their food and cleaning their enclosure. Three days should be no problem to leave your mice alone provided you give them enough food and water. The main concern is keeping their living space clean. I would not leave your mice unattended for much longer than your regular enclosure cleaning interval, which will vary depending on how big it is.
